Loyal source is the most discriminatory most juvenile place of employment I have ever worked. If I wanted to feel like I was in high school again I would attend one with my children. There is no accountability, no structure and lastly no respect amongst Managers and team members. Loyal Source does not treat each employee fairly and equally. Management gossips amongst one another and team members about other team members making the environment very hostile and uncalled for. How am I as an employee supposed to trust a manager who is speaking upon another manager I will never refer anyone to work here I will also be posting my review to every platform. Please don’t buy into the líes Talent Acquisition will tell you it’s fake if your going to accept employment with LS please make it a stepping stone.

From onboarding, credentialing, scheduling and housing this company is very poor. When they want something from the employee, it is URGENT and mandatory! When the employee has a need such as information on schedule or housing, the response is evasive, slow, shuffled from one department to another.
