Pros
Laid back feel with a work hard play harder mentality. Some of the management truly cares about you as a person.
Cons
They do not give the recruiters enough to persuade people to work for them. Clearly looking to make a quick buck off of people they place rather than ensure long term happiness. Immediate management sets unrealistic expectations on recruiter and does not change guidelines when business is slow. Inadequate amount of support for BD department leads to less and less positions being available.
