Pros
- Will hire anyone- easy interview process
Cons
- Lack of communication from leadership/management- good luck getting answers - Disorganized- spend many Fridays scrambling to meet demands that were requested just hours before close of business instead of management planning ahead - Highly demanding (week day nights and weekends required)- no work life balance and burnout - Rarely promotes within and if they do, promotion is based on likability from manager - Employees are disposable or get fed up- high turnover rate - Lack of accommodations and empathy from leadership- if you need to work from home because of an illness or exposure to COVID, they will give you a hard time about it - Unprofessional- can be let go the same day that two weeks notice is given, even if in good standing. - Management asks for suggestions but when offered, no action is taken
