Additionally, the Program Manager and Deputy Project Manager always prioritize the well-being of the individual worker, while ensuring that the team is well-informed and updated. Furthermore, the National Medical Director offers monthly fireside chats to gain constructive feedback for national operations.
Cons
Sometimes communication is difficult due to the language barrier—epecially if medical support is unavailable to assist with interpretation. However, there is a foreign language line available to aid with communication.
