Pros

They allow overtime and that is what makes up to pays the bills. Because they lower the hourly wages from $90 to $56. Even-though they got a multibillion dollar contract to care for immigrants

Cons

Never got a raise. To the contrary, they renew my contract and lower my hourly wages. They said that was all they can offer. They got more money from the government contract ad lower the wages. does that make sense?
