      Pros

      A competitive pay rate. Ability to use skills.

      Cons

      Poor management structure with lots of favoritism. One of those places where a small few do the bulk of the work while the rest get to F*** off and do the absolute minimum if it’s even that with out any sort of action taken by management. And if you’re one of the hard workers, you’re overlooked and clearly disposable.

      Good people, good office environment, good support team (marketing credentialing, accounting, etc.)

      Commissions aren't as competitive, mostly due to the government contract margins being pretty tight.
