Pros

Reasonable management and communication, pays employees well

Cons

Many changes being made, sometimes on site staff are getting lumped with a lot of the work required. Work-from-home staff wash their hands off the tasks once they tick their boxes

Pros

Historically strong leadership and sense of team within the organization. Leadership is fairly accessible.

Cons

Historically strong leadership and direction when it came to strategy. However when faced with a crisis leadership is very lacking and decision making takes an extremely long time. Definitely need to understand the market and employees worth, have enormous attrition rate that some leaders fail to acknowledge, which is absolutely ridiculous. Praise accountability however there hasn’t been any for quite awhile and there needs to be serious overhaul or will continue to lose employees.
