Pros

Pros: - A few dedicated employees genuinely want the company to succeed, and their efforts stand out. - Yearly bonus provides some financial incentive. - On-site fitness center is a nice perk for health and wellness. - Hybrid work model offers flexibility between office and remote work.

Cons

Company suffers from a serious lack of integrity and professional ethics. Many employees do not contribute meaningfully. Managers are fully aware that some employees abuse the system by failing to record their PTO hours when they are not working, effectively giving themselves extra time off. Yet these employees remain on payroll without consequences, and these same employees fail to perform in their positions, while their managers often turn a blind eye instead of addressing the issue. Advancement is not based on merit or performance, but rather on popularity, which creates a toxic and unfair environment. The procurement team is particularly concerning as they lack the necessary knowledge and expertise to perform effectively. Overall, the culture discourages accountability and growth, leaving motivated employees frustrated and undervalued.
