Terrible and toxic atmosphere from middle management on down to the work force. Not sure what goes on above us, it is never communicated to the team what's going on or being worked on for our site. Contractors valued over employees. Not one group feels that way it's the whole maintenance department. Hard to keep a decent attitude when morale is at an all time low.

You can pick and choose the amount of effort you put in at no consequence (see what i did there?). Working hard gets you no where so doing nothing is actually incentivized. Management has no idea how to actually manage. There is no support for employees and upper management is completely out of touch.
