Great company and people. Hard to advance unless you're a chemical engineer.

Pros

Great people Low turnover Great benefits Vacation purchase program The pay is close the highest in the industry. Not many companies offer higher pay for similar roles.

Cons

It's hard to advance unless you're a chemical engineer. Most managers and all top management are chemical engineers. There are several qualified non chemical engineers who have not gotten opportunities which were given to chemical engineers. This can be frustrating.
