      Safe quality manufacturing, working on constantly improving safety standards. Environmental, manufacturing, personnel and equipment. A truly above the board company. From corporate to the hands on in production.

      There aren't any cons. Would recommend working for Lubrizol Advanced Materials at any level and or location.

      Pros

      People oriented culture in the company. The company is steeped the history of its foundation in solving problems for customers through chemistry and the same tradition remains today. Lubrizol is not a typical chemical company in that it does not stop at the level of creating chemistry - instead all units of the company go a step or two further to understand the end applications and fully tailor the chemistry to the application.

      Cons

      It is a large company so there are plenty of different departments and the navigation of the departments to get things done can be onerous at times.
