Pros

The good insurance & 401k benefits are the main reasons anyone sticks around for any length of time. Some people also get to work from home from time to time, which is nice.

Cons

Constant changes and turnover. Management doesn't really involve themselves in the daily work, or seem to care about the employees. This causes confusion and offers no resolution to the problems that keep causing turnover.

Pros

Flexible schedule, free coffee, nice cafeteria, no micro-management

Cons

This location is very political - it's not what you know, but who you know. They would rather hire people who walk around and socialize all day than hire people who actually work. There is no supervision of employees (at least in my department), so people do whatever they want. If you like to talk and kiss up to management and are arrogant and pompous, this is the place for you. If you are a quiet, honest worker, RUN! I'm not sure how the company could be profitable this way.

Pros

Company has good initiatives when it comes to recruiting newly graduated college students. When it comes to the scientific and engineering field, it has rewarding components for a employee. In that area, you will see some job longevity.

Cons

There is an "old school" management style, despite efforts to change "old management styles" prior to Buffet's purchasing the company in 2009. I believe that people who have work there for longer than 12 years, had been affected by these "old school management style", and wish perhaps that it wasn't the case. Nevertheless, people in general are very welcoming and good to work with. I wish I could say the same for management, but if you have a problem with management style, and the way they may talk to you, you may want to consider working some place else, because HR would not try to address those issues. A manager, despised his/her unruly or potentially legal unruly behavior, unfortunately would not be sanctioned. The word amongst employees who have work there for longer then 10 years, is to keep your head down, don't say anything, or you will get fired.
