      Pros

      Being a multinational company, international assignments are possible for whom is interested in them. Good product offering with excellent reputation in the market.

      Cons

      The business unit I worked for has extremely incompetent top management that actually works against the company's interest of sustained long term growth. Poor leadership capabilities resulted in a flurry of departures of employees at management level and below. Politics, partially as a result from Lubrizol's merger with Noveon, influence the overall company moral in a negative way.

      It is a Berkshire Hathaway company

      Cons

      Very lengthy recruitment process, stretching over 4 months in my case. Poor professional ethics. No offer inspite of clearing all rounds. Offered lower position than what was interviewed for. No offer eve at the end of all discussions.

      The salary is quiet good

      Cons

      - old fashionned management not participative at all. Just do your work and shut up! - always need to work more and more, the results are not recognized by hierarchy - minimum legal vacation - you need to respect the chart of ethics but the hierarchy does not
