location. 10 - 15 min to the nearest bus stop if u miss the company bus. between 2019 to 2025, there is alot of changes: 3 different CEO. so, direction is unclear.

Middle Management are doing their best to keep the business together while aligning with executive direction. Hybrid arrangements.

Cons

Only the CEO voice matters which is number and alignment. Seems to be of there are no results in short term or strategy do not align you are out the door. Even a number of direct executives are leaving company (on their own or asked to leave) in less than 2 years.
