Pros

beautiful country site to work on and nice restaurant for lunch, easy parking good location if you are in derbyshire area

Cons

lack of diversity which really stood out at this company and varied standards between departments of what was expected of their staff- the department i worked in lacked communication, micromanaged quite a bit and was poor in providing constructive and timely feedback.

The company supposedly has a good product line. The people that I work with are very good. At first it appeared as though they supplied appropriate tools to do your job.

Cons

Upper management is poor. Very internally focused. Not interested in needs of customers or people below them. Very poor commitment to the business. Do not want to learn about the businesses they own.
