      Pros

      Environment is amazing, they will work with you if you need time off for something (funeral, etc) as well as give you lots of opportunities to make real contributions.

      Cons

      Not many open positions (non-intern) in states with established facilities. Most openings are in newly opened/constructed facilities.

      Pros

      Management does not "micro-manage" - they trust you to do your work. I am on my third assignment and I hope to get hired in. They pay better than any company I have ever worked for and seem to value their employees. I also have had very pleasant working conditions - an office or a nice cubicle and enjoyable work. Most of the people are very friendly and welcoming towards me.
