Pros
Decent Pay, Good Benefits, People are usually fairly friendly.
Cons
Management is very misguided as to the direction that the business needs to go, people in the department are overworked, and many managers expect you to pull insane hours to meet demands. Very dependent on your manager though, if you get a good manager, you're good. Good luck trying to move up in the organization.
