Pros

Great atmosphere, comfortable work environment, room to learn. Compensation was fair for my level of experience. Generally everyone (at least in the IS department) is very friendly and open to questions.

Cons

Often times meetings go over board. Some could say this is beneficial in terms of proper planning, however there's a point where one can have too many meetings. I'm sure this changes depending on department and manager.

Pros

For an inexperienced Engineer, the compensation in very competitive. There is never a shortage of work, and most bosses are hands-off. Co-workers are friendly, and it is a collaborative work environment.

Cons

Work-life balance is a challenge, and it is expected that engineers work significantly more than 40 hours per week. Also, it has been communicated that if you're not willing to relocate to Cleveland, OH, your career in Texas will be flat. I've learned that there are many layers of truth, and I have been disappointed by decisions made by upper management and HR.
