Pros

The most precious legacy of great culture: friendly circumstance and very less politics Very effective with flat organiztion. Caree development opportunity

Cons

The culture is changing, at least in Asia. no more friendly, but more politics. Getting more ineffective. organization becomes complecated: supporting department, ie: finance and supply chain, just like silo and less customer/ market oriented. Management likes to talk big and telling value proposition. People are not foolish. Talker really makes people frustrated.
