Pros

Good pay and good benefits. Friendly and decent coworkers overall.

Cons

--Culture of commodity. Decisions were made that changed where, when and who I worked with without including me in the process. The best I got was "I hope you'll be OK with this" after the fact. --Very poor training. --Can be an OK job if you are willing to "sell your soul" for the 8-10 hours you're at work. Your personhood will completely disappear and be swallowed up by the overwhelming corporate culture while you are on the clock.

Pros

The company mission and vision are solid and worthy. The impact we have on the world through our chemistry is outstanding. Good employee benefits.

Cons

Unfortunately rather then focusing on business results, the company has jumped on the liberal band wagon by focusing on race and gender rather then on safety, reputation and profitable growth. Additionally, the company's COVID protocols are discriminatory in nature.
