Good benefits. Good vacation. Most of the people here are really good to work with.

Cons

Indirect Procurement is a revolving door. I would stay away until they replace the leader of Indirect unless you thrive in a chaotic enviroment. He does not have a grasp of the work and people are leaving because of him.
