Pros

This company used to be wonderful. One of the top places to work. Since the inception of its new leaders they’ve done nothing but destroy the culture. Mass layoffs, no pay increase, and all the good reviews on here are clearly written by HR.

Cons

See above. Low pay, low morale, no raises, upper management only cares about getting their cut. All new jobs are moved to India and Brazil.

Not many left to list. used to be the best company in its industry. Used to don’t enhance anyone’s career path.

Cons

Massive turn over on people, no long term strategy and an exceptionally weak management team and a flawed corporate moral compass. Left for a reason.

Lubrizol cares about its people, almost to a fault Pandemic measures have kept everyone safe The pension was generous while it lasted Proactively trying to expand into new markets to diversify given electrification will change additive markets Advanced materials business is growing

Cons

Additives business has consistently underperformed for many years, negatively impacting variable pay HR policies are corporate focused and counterproductive to manufacturing Manufacturing roles (non operator) are generally undervalued relative to other roles. HR uses every opportunity to underpay while we have an abundance of HR directors. Safety reputation is blemished and leadership is hastily recalibrating the workforce at the expense of work life balance and practicality.
