Pros

Good Exposure to global teams. Recognized brand and respected portfolio globally

Cons

No travel benefits for global meetings. No significant growth trajectory due to lean teams. HR is non existent. Pay scales and bonuses are meager at best and behind industry standards. Lack of good talent. Internal employees not considered for open positions

Pros

Pay and benefits are possibly above average for the area.

Cons

Culture will destroy any drive or motivation you may because you will likely be in the minority if you just want to work to improve the site every day, and likely not be recognized for it if you do unless are already over-paid and not being held accountable.

Pros

-Good culture -good pay -good team -yearly economic raise around 2%

Cons

-Benefits are mediocre compared to other plants. -bonus is variable, usually around 2-5% -from what I've heard and can see, upper management isn't that great. -willing to take away premier benefits like pension and claim to strive to become premier place to work despite weak bonus - limited overtime if any - contractors un-organized
