      Pros

      Lubrizol is a legacy corporation so I felt confident in its longevity and my own job security. The people are great- as a greener employee I felt others were more than willing to help me learn and grow.

      Cons

      Lots of corporate restructuring in the last few years, but I feel they are on the right track now.

      Drives long time employees out no pay increases not competitive at all and has driven several employees to a nervous breakdown does not listen to concerns about management don’t recommend at all

      Stability. You can remain here for a long time if you are good at your job.

      Cons

      It is becoming tough to be a long time employee here. The new leadership is so focused on proving things are different that long time employees are looked at poorly just because they have been there a long time. Change can be great and is needed, but pushing “old timers” off to the side to make that point is painful.
