      Pros

      Employees have access to good information about lubricants and hardware, so it is a great learning experience.

      Cons

      Managers cannot lead. Pay is not competitive with other companies in the same industry. No accountability for poor performers. The workforce is too lean for the amount of work that needs to be done. The company has angered most of its customers because it cannot supply their orders. Culture is very passive-aggressive.

      Pros

      Great people to work with, work life balance is fair. Not often do you work more than a standard 40 hour week.

      Cons

      Benefits are lackluster, but everyone has been there so long that they think they are still the best. Employees hired before 2010 have a pension and poat 2010 have an awful version of a replacement were they get a small contribution to a 401k annually. This is about 3% of your salary. Culture is currently in flux. New CEO is hung up on an awful book loosely based on the Wizard of Oz. EC constantly wastes money and then tells departments to spend less. Everyone feels expendable now under the new CEO. We are in a constant state of change and the EC is stuck in a Mad Men style of management.
