Pros

Most people are friendly. Lots of opportunities to learn new things. 401k is pretty standard for the industry.

Cons

Benefits are poor and they keep cutting. Below national average for sick leave per US Bureau of Labor Statistics. Most restrictive vacation policy I've heard of in the chemical industry. They only do 9/80s half the year. No PPO option. Management thrives on drama and gossips too much.

Pros

There were so many, its hard to pick one. I worked for higher ups. These guys knew that doing hard work deserves perks and benefits. Whenever we did something that we worked hard on, we got rewards, such as, Going to a fancy restaurant, golf outing, or just plain fun somewhere unique.

Cons

I didnt have any. I got even got recognized as a key player. It made me realize how I should be treated in the future.

Good memories. Did have good communication and open door policy.

Cons

Had a supervisor tell me, its not the same old Lubrizol. No longer like a family and management doesn't care. Forget what it used to be. That's gone. He was referring to benefits, perks, and overall employee morale. Heart breaking.
