Ethical culture. Trusting environment. Talented people. Financially stable.

Cons

Sometimes questionable leadership decisions. E.g. forcing in a new ERP system with no urgent need on a timeline that should only be reserved for emergent needs... "Let's blow up everyone's workflow and distract them from value adding activities for... why?" Although of IT/data science sophistication comparable to peer manufacturers, 10-years behind other large companies.
