      Great benefits package, wage and bonuses. Always open to suggestions and ways to improve safety.

      Very non-confrontational supervisor meaning no one was ever reprimanded for behavior.

      Pros

      Family culture with good worklife balance. Pay and benefits are excellent. Lubrizol hires oustanding passionate people who really do care about the company.

      Cons

      Change comes very slowly. The company generally promotes from within whch can be very good however too many of the employees have never experienced anything else so new ideas can be hard to come by.
