Pros

I met a few good people.

Cons

Work was dangerous and unsafe. Always short handed. High turnover. Very old equipment always breaking down. Could be extremely stressful and overwhelming. The better workers just given more tasks. No accountability for one’s making repeated mistakes. Incredibly low morale. Contributed to stress/health issues that carried into personal life. Only seems to continually get worse.

Pros

Job security (sometimes) but really not much. It's dangerous work. Long hours. They took away our pension program. They take away holiday pay. It's literally insane here.

Cons

Low pay/high turnover/ridiculous hours/terrible to no bennefits
