      there are no good things about this company

      I am not even sure where to start. Who thought it would be a good idea to come up with a vehicle that will sell for over 150k... genius. It's almost as if the target audience of the vehicle represents the arrogance/ego of management. Now some ego is okay to have if you know what you are doing but Lucid's management does not

      Has some great talents working in organization Very experienced team that has delivered world class product before..

      Cons

      An open discrimination in this company. EDD should evaluate this company for salary discrimination. There are set of engineers referred by Sr Executive has a clear advantage of salary. As against people who work in G & A, HR, Finance has very low salaries as against industry standards. No work life balance, although a silicon valley company, works as high school timings, no working from home, no flexibility. The owners's relatives work here, so very dynasty kind of culture.

      The people on the ground floor, they are some of the best.

      Cons

      Upper Management likes to micromanage from the top down and focuses too much time on when you are in your seat vs. the quality of work you are doing. Not like most Silicon Valley startups, and no work-life balance, so if you have a family or are going to start one, steer clear.
