Good benefits, good starting pay, work is easy

Cons

Difficult to move from department regardless of company policy and seniority. Only way to move up and make more money is by playing the favoritism/ buddy game. Past experience, job proficiency and work ethic don't get you anywhere unless you're good at kissing you know what. Forget about family time unless you use vacation or sick time as work schedule is very inconsistent and overtime/ weekends is determined on a day to day basis.

They are a very supportive company, offering impressive pay for the region, utilizing the latest technology. Lucid management works closely with new-hires to ensure that they have a successful start with the company.
