Pros

Great pay. Great pay.great pay

Cons

Everything. HR doesn't care. Management doesn't care. Forced to work or you'll be disciplined. If you have a family and you start working here. You'll never see them even though you live with them. They force you to do things like work shifts you can't work

Pros

I really enjoy working for Lucid. It's great working for a company that is producing a product that you truly believe is the best in its market. True innovation within an already innovative segment. But the best thing about working here are the people. Lucid remains focused on maintaining a positive culture of the best and brightest people. Great co-workers and staff. Everyone is very supportive and really work together. A true team environment.

Cons

We are a start up so there is quite a bit of disarray, but this has to be expected with any start up. The hours can be long and effect the work/life balance, but also is to be somewhat expected this early since launching.

Pros

-Beautiful Car -Used to have caring leadership until they all got demoted.

Cons

-The company has no employee value. -They demoted many of the leadership that actually cared about their employees -The prior leadership gave a stock raise a couple of months ago because of excellent performance and promised a promotion only for the new political leadership to fire the same employees without reason. -They let go many of the veterans of lucid who received stocks before the company went IPO. -It's all politics now and they only want employees who will work robotically without question of better processes.
