Very bad management leads to uncontrolled (unpaid) overhours. Bad managers dont support their team. Bad communication skills as well.

So many talented people that care about the EV market.

Lucid has long hours, sure but that is expected from a start up. What is not expected for a start up is for execs to tell you that you must be in office from a certain time to a certain time. Never in a billion years have that has been the case for a start up when people are working long hours everyday. Now, the biggest issue with Lucid is how they continue to handle COVID protocols. They say they email the office when someone tests positive in the office, but in fact they do not . Lucid does not provide or help you get testing which during the holidays it is nearly impossible, yet they continue to demand that people come into the office.

We have instituted protocols throughout the COVID-19 pandemic that align with, and in many cases, exceed the current guidance provided by CDC, state, and local governments and health departments. Lucid offers free masks for all employees, and provides rapid tests to potentially exposed employees at its Newark facilities.
