      Pros

      Opportunity to advance in a growing field. Learn as much as possible then run.

      Cons

      Diversity is stated but isn’t true.Management is majorly male white or Mexican. No 401K match, no work/life balance. Your work is not appreciated and HR is there to socialize. California departments think they rule but will not make decisions. Managers with no one reporting to them.

      ▪︎ Teamwork ▪︎ On the job training ▪︎ Work - Life Balance ▪︎ Ideas, Innovation & Impacts - every one counts right from the Production Associates to Sr. Managers ▪︎ Quality before Quantity

      ▪︎ Process flow need to be streamlined ( this is WIP; usually happens at a Greenfield facility - after all, not many times in the history has a factory been built from scratch ) ▪︎ Not many
