      Great Company - Superb Product - Tons of Opportunity

      Pros

      Ability to influence change and develop standards. Plenty of work so you'll never have a dull moment. Trusting management. Strong leadership. Great teammates. Such a wonderful place to work.

      Cons

      Priorities are too stringent and may allow less urgent tasks to slip that will have negative consequences on the future. Direct management has final opinion and can derail other efforts underway. Business politics can get in the way of work. Too much travel.

      Great team. Supportive manager. Very collaborative. Great product. Dedicated leadership. Sustainable product, components and manufacturing.

      Cons

      Pay is not great but ok. It's a risk vs reward thing. The reward could be really big. HR is coming up with more benefits Long hours and picky hiring.
