Key processes change without sufficient communication or alignment, making it difficult for teams to operate effectively or with confidence. The absence of mature governance and cross-functional alignment creates unnecessary risk, confusion, and burnout, particularly during periods of change. Over time, this erodes trust and undermines the company’s ability to retain strong leaders and talent.
