      Blend of Automotive OEM and Silicon Valley Startup with industry leading technology. Many passionate and experienced colleagues unconstrained by legacy organizational bureaucracies.

      Very high individual work load, which can cause burnout if not mindful.

      Pros

      Executives are very transparent! They have been doing a great job with COVID and other safety aspects of the team. They seem to care about their employees versus the other EV company in the area. Some swag, soon to be free EV charging, empowerment of the workforce, exciting culture and products!

      Cons

      Teams are still working slightly in silos but its changing since teams are starting to understand the importance of cross-functional groups. Prior to Shelter In Place, WFH wasn't a reality but the company is starting to change this. Company is still on a budget (understandable) but they try to give out swag, snacks, etc. Compensation is reasonable but not on the upper tier. Projects are starting to become overwhelming and help is needed.
