      Total micromanaging organization and stifling creativity. The arrogance of the leadership team is insane. I was promised one thing but the job was not close to what I was promised it would be. I wasn’t allowed to be creative and essentially told that they didn’t need my help. I had relocated and was looking to be part of a progressive team and it was the opposite. Major issues with controlling people and arrogance. This is not a progressive team and has learned nothing from the past failures of traditional automotive manufacturing. There is a reason why these people are no longer with Tesla, its because they didn’t fit the vision of Tesla and they are killing any kind of talent they could attract.

      Pros

      Everyone pulls together to make Lucid a great place to work. It is such an exciting, fast paced environment that buzzes with incredible ideas and offers great opportunities. Lucid has always been a caring place to work but during the current pandemic it has gone above and beyond in the consideration it has shown to employees.
