Pros
The passion and drive from the Lucid team leaves no doubt in my mind that we will be successful. The environment is open and collaborative, which allows for constant innovation. Working around some of the smartest people in the industry is such an honor. The leadership team is doing a great job at leading the company in a strategic and calculated manner to ensure success. The company has done extremely well during the crisis and managed to weather the economic storm without layoffs.
Cons
With such a great product comes loads of hard work behind it. Hours can be long but the rewards will be worth it. Processes are still in development and ambiguity can be challenging at times.
