      Pros

      Interesting work. Some great coworkers. Pay is OK.

      Cons

      No work-life balance. They demand so much but appreciate nothing. The company is surviving by sheer luck, as there is such a lack of cohesion between teams due to rampant bad politics. The culture is based on perceived urgency and scarcity that travels top down, and competence isn’t rewarded it’s a popularity contest. There are some pretty horrible people too, bullying is normal and unquestioned, and being on a power trip is just the status quo.

      I operated the delivery van and took greater responsibility for supervising deliveries, including updating the parts in the system after issuing them to the technicians.
