      Pros

      very exciting and dynamic environment to work in. Lots of smart people around so its a very good pace to learn. Money is not an issue if it means it gets the job done faster and better. Also no expenses spared on personal training and development.

      Cons

      very busy times so not much time to try out new things. Hopefully it will get better in the future.

      Pros

      If you want to work with sharp minds in a close-knit, multi-disciplinary engineering environment, this is the place. Building a high performance pure electric car from the ground up is a rare and extremely challenging opportunity. The mixture of proven veterans with top young engineering talent is an unbeatable combination. The passion for the product is real and contagious.

      Cons

      Startups are always a roller coaster ride, and the pursuit of building the best possible car can be stressful. The fast paced environment inevitably produces some degree of turnover.

      Pros

      Lots of creative, talented people with a wide variety of experience and cultural backgrounds. Very cooperative atmosphere and active inter-department communication keeps everything in perspective without politics getting in the way. People are willing to listen and input is valued. As challenging as the work is, the friendly environment makes these challenges stimulating. Management is accessible at even the highest levels, and there's always something new to learn. Generous benefits offer peace of mind and a sense of stability. This is a place that knows how to make employees feel appreciated.

      Cons

      Very under the radar - difficult to discuss with outsiders what we are about, even superficially. But I suppose that's the nature of any startup aiming to make a big impact in the industry.
