Pros

1. Collaborative and supportive work environment throughout Lucid 2. Strong focus on innovation and sustainability (Revolutionary products like Air & Gravity) 3. Exceptional opportunities for growth and learning (I was promoted within 1.6 months!) 4. Leadership is approachable and transparent 5. Excellent work-life balance (Can vary from team to team, but the Talent Acquisition team is one of the best!)

Cons

1. The pace is fast, which can be challenging—but it’s part of what makes the work exciting and impactful. 2. Stock performance hasn’t been strong recently, but it presents a great opportunity for long-term believers in Lucid’s vision.

Pros

Lucid Motors is truly the best company I’ve worked for. The product is world-class, the factory and technology are impressive, and the mission is something you can genuinely believe in. Compensation, benefits, and time off are very competitive, and the tools and systems we use enable us to do our jobs effectively. The people are talented, collaborative, and passionate about what we’re building. As a Senior Recruiter, I see many companies—but Lucid stands out in every way.

Cons

Like any fast-growing company, the pace can be demanding—but it’s also what makes the work exciting and meaningful.

Pros

The company as a whole is going through so much change, and that means there's a lot of opportunity for ownership and growth. The products themselves are really strong and big reason why people join. You're helping to create something very few companies can do. I enjoy the team I work with. They are talented and supportive.

Cons

The company is going through major transitions in leadership, culture, and product but for the better. However, you have to be ready to navigate ambiguity and hustle. It's definitely not for everyone. Each step sometimes requires 3 additional steps. And you need to be flexible to constant change.
