Despite the strength of the mission and talent, leadership execution and governance are significant weaknesses. There is a persistent gap between stated values and actual decision-making. Transparency and consistency are lacking, expectations shift frequently, and accountability is often unclear. Key processes change without sufficient communication or alignment, making it difficult for teams to operate effectively or with confidence. The absence of mature governance and cross-functional alignment creates unnecessary risk, confusion, and burnout, particularly during periods of change. Over time, this erodes trust and undermines the company’s ability to retain strong leaders and talent.

Terrible management, middle management is out to just take credit for engineering work. Extremely toxic work culture. I have so many years of work experience but I haven’t seen a toxic company like this . Does not provide any accommodations even when sick but upper management gets all the lenience. Regret joining here.
