Lucid is phenomenal! Excellent benefits, competitive pay, regular raises/bonuses I felt skeptical initially. Through time and experience, Lucid holds true to their word. I'll list our mission statement below. Lucid Values TEAMWORK over ego INNOVATION in everything we do Individual EMPOWERMENT, INITIATIVE, and PASSION & EXCELLENCE in every area Lucid lives and breathes this message, and in turn seeps into my everyday work life. I may stay here forever.

Cons

Lucid isn't without it's faults. The most glaring of which, as a highly successful and rapidly growing company, there follow growing pains. That being said, we aim to constantly improve onboarding processes by listening to feedback and getting solid responses and action.
