      People that are hardworking, "make things happen" sort of people will thrive here. They will have loads of satisfying challenges to overcome on a regular basis, with plenty of room to make a real impact.

      Cons

      If you're not that type of person, you may find yourself overwhelmed.

      Yearly hackathon Yearly company retreat Clearly defined company values, expectations from employees and ways to get promoted Individuals and teams are given plenty of autonomy and are challenged to take ownership over their projects and make an impact on the business The company leadership regularly listens to employee feedback and takes action

      The company experiences some common growth pains like a lack of experienced managers and a solid training program for existing managers. Communication and accountability can also be an issue with so many new roles and departments.

      Cons

      There are some growing pains as Lucid is growing. I no longer know everyone at the company, and there is starting to be more bureaucracy and politics. They're still trying to figure out how to keep the company culture as the number of employees keeps increasing. The open layout can get loud sometimes.
