      Pros

      There are so many great things about working here: - Great Co-workers. They strive to make sure everyone is a good fit for the culture and a hard worker. - Everyone contributes. There is a strong point that everyone's input is valuable. - Good work-life balance. I have never had trouble taking a day off when I needed/ wanted it. - 2 month paid maternity (3 months total), 3 weeks paid paternity - Food. There is always a stocked kitchen. - Annual retreats

      Cons

      - Still working on defining roles and opportunities for growth. It is in the transition from start-up to company. Definitely improving though. - Everyone is highly qualified, so there is a strong sense of needing to prove yourself.

      Amazing culture. Very team-oriented. They give you the flexibility to do your job, but are there to help if you ever need it.

      Cons

      Everyone is very young. If you don't fit that mold it could be a bit difficult to adapt the culture.
