Pros
Fast growing company with alot of financial stability. Company is within the "Cool" category of tech companies, standard for Venture Capitalist backed companies (Lucid has been primarily Venture Capitalist backed, but now PE). Get to meet and work with other bright people, and culturally most are usually a good fit.
Cons
Pay is below average for most jobs here. Depending on the specific role, you will be micromanaged and have extremely unrealistic expectations set. Late nights, nothing but critique and zero acknowledgement and praise for the achievements.
