If you are a member of the LDS church it’s unlikely you will be fired as quickly as other people.
Cons
WARNING! This company touts itself as a great place to work - nothing could be further from the truth. They fire people for indicating any dissent. Sales are horribly underpaid and given ridiculous goals (unless they have standing in LDS circles). They have laid off pregnant people. Management is unhinged and require ridiculous stats to achieve bare minimum. Threats to RIF more employees or demote managers if they don’t hit crazy stats. Horrible incompetence in leadership - hard to conceive of a less qualified roster of disingenuous and morally bankrupt people steering a company right off a cliff. They will sue you as soon as look at you. Avoid at all costs!
