Pros
Working at Lucid has been an incredible experience. Lucid truly is a values-first company and the environment is dynamic and innovative with ample opportunities for creativity and growth. Across the multiple roles and teams I have been on at Lucid, I have consistently experienced first-hand that leadership at every level values and invests in employee career development, whether through continued learning, skill development, or even encouraging you to take on new projects. The teams I have worked with have been collaborative and supportive, making it easy to bring bold event ideas to life. Overall, Lucid is a fantastic place to work, providing a perfect blend of professional challenge and personal satisfaction.
Cons
I do feel that compensation (literally just base salary) is slightly below the market standard, especially given the cost of living in the Salt Lake area. That said, the culture and benefits outside of base salary are pretty phenomenal!
