- Very chill culture. Performance is expected but a lot of empathy given current market environment (for historical top performers, at least) - Quotas recently reduced

Cons

- Not much growth right now - Very little career progression opportunity in sales - Hitting OTE is easier with quota relief but still a real challenge

Great people who are organized and have high expectations. I rarely dislike anyone I work with, and have made awesome professional and personal relationships and Lucid.

Cons

Sadly they pay very poorly, and keep all of their compensation scales and offers private. People are starting to leave, including myself, because of it. Promotions are super difficult as well, which means you’re in a standstill if you’d like to move up or make more money.
